Construction.

Our on-site construction service is geared to delivering high quality refurbishments and fitting out projects on time and to budget.  With the way we work, we are able to complete complex projects with far tighter timescales than most contractors can manage. 

We can do this because we employ our own project managers, trades people and labour teams.  Apart from some specialist services, we do not use sub-contractors.  This means we have close control over the progress of projects and can schedule work effectively. 

While clients often use our design and wrap-around services, Genus is sometimes involved as a construction-only contractor, working with architects or in-house teams.
