Primary Goals: To provide the total turn key solution for the relocation of this European Head Quarters of Cubic Transportation Systems to new premises. The project encompasses the amalgamation of the client’s existing three sites into one location, providing work shops, executive suites, and general office and presentation suites.
Highlights: Genus completed this prestigious relocation project within the 18 weeks project timescale. Thereby ensuring that there was no loss of ‘down time’ during the client’s critical product testing programme. Genus provided a total design and build solution including a new complex M & E installation and the creation of a total office environment
