Any work carried out within a luxury property needs to be done to a very high level of quality - And whilst the skills of fitting out a residential property is very similar to that of a commercial fitting out project, cost is very rarely the deciding factor in the choice of designer/contractor, when it comes to luxury properties.

The selection of photographs shown below, were of a number of apartments, each being sold for over £1m each. The quality of the design and fitting out was paramount, firstly to attract the right potential purchaser but, as important, to achieve the sale price expected by the developer.
